Venkatesh Pannirchelvan is a parallel entrepreneur, educationist, mentor, investor, and passionate digital strategist. He holds an engineering degree in Computer Science and has been awarded an honorary doctorate for his service in educating and empowering youth. He actively educates students and professionals on skills and career development, sharing his insights through social media, where he has built a community of nearly 340,000 followers.

Venkatesh is on a mission to “Educate & Build One Million Dream Careers.” He strongly believes in transforming lives through education and entrepreneurship. Through his EdTech company, FITA Academy, he has positively impacted over 100,000 students over the past 14 years. FITA Academy currently operates 15 branches across Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Erode, Tiruppur, and Pondicherry, delivering classroom training and instructor-led online programs across India.

Venkatesh is equally passionate about supporting entrepreneurs. Through his digital marketing agency infiniX, he has helped more than 500 SMEs launch and scale their businesses through innovative digital marketing strategies. Today, infiniX has over 40 digital marketers dedicated to helping small businesses compete effectively through ROI-driven approaches.

Before founding FITA Academy and infiniX, Venkatesh built a high-growth career at a leading software company in Boston, USA, where he served as a Delivery Head delivering digital solutions to global pharmaceutical companies. At the peak of his career, he moved back to India and left his high-paying job to pursue his calling of empowering Indian youth to build their dream careers.

He actively contributes to the community as a member of the Green Velachery initiative, which has planted more than 20,000 saplings, and as a Rotarian and member of the Ascent Entrepreneurs Group, Chennai.

His guest lectures are highly sought after by leading institutions such as IIT Madras, VIT, and Bharathiar University. His public appeal during the COVID pandemic, requesting government support for small businesses, gained over one million views across digital platforms.
